The problem we set out to solve
If you're a home stager, you already know the juggling act. Inventory tracked in a spreadsheet. Photos scattered across Dropbox or Google Drive. Project details in one app, scheduling in another.
It works — until it doesn't. A staging business has a lot of moving parts, and no single tool was ever built to handle all of them. So stagers cobble together a patchwork of apps and hope nothing falls through the cracks.
We knew there had to be a better way.
Why we built Stagience
Stagience started as a personal mission. After years of staging homes in Toronto, our founder Jen Punsalan got tired of the workarounds and decided to do something about it. She wanted one tool that actually understood how a staging business works — not a generic project manager or a spreadsheet dressed up with a better interface.
She looked for a solution built specifically for home stagers. She couldn't find one. So she built it herself.
Stagience is the platform Jen wished she'd had from day one — one place for everything your staging business needs. Inventory tracking, project management, photo folders, team management, scheduling, and documents. All connected. All organized. All in one place.
No more app-switching. No more lost information. Just a calmer, more organized staging business.
Built by stagers
Every feature is designed with real staging workflows in mind — not generic project management.
Focused on what matters
We build tools that solve real problems, not features for the sake of features.
Built with our users
Our users shape every decision. Your feedback directly influences what gets built next.
Jen Punsalan
Jen has been staging homes in the Greater Toronto Area for over a decade. She built Stagience to solve the exact problem she faced every day in her own business — too many apps, too much time lost, not enough organization. She's still staging, still using Stagience, and still listening to every piece of feedback from the stagers who use it.
