Add items to your inventory with photos, descriptions, colours, fabrics, ID codes, purchase cost, and location. Mark items as IN (in the warehouse), OUT (on a project), or HOLD (reserved). Filter by status, category, or location — and bulk update multiple items at once. You can also print your inventory as a list or photo grid.
Yes! Stagience has a built-in CSV import wizard for both inventory and projects. Export your spreadsheet from Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable as a CSV file, upload it, map your columns to Stagience fields, preview your data, and import in seconds. No manual re-entry needed.
Absolutely! Each project has a Photos tab where you can create custom folders — Before Photos, After Photos, Pro Photos, whatever works for you. Upload multiple photos at once, browse them in a lightbox, and bulk delete when needed. Photos are compressed automatically on upload to keep things fast.
Each project has dedicated tabs for Documents (contracts, reports, invoices) and Files (floor plans, mood boards, checklists). You can also upload reusable Document Templates — things like your standard staging contract or consultation form — and access them from anywhere.
Yes! On the Professional and Studio plans you can invite team members with role-based permissions. Admin gets full access, Inventory Only can view and manage inventory, and Viewer has read-only access. Perfect for assistants, movers, or business partners.
Yes. Stagience is built on Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption and secure authentication. Your data belongs to you — we never share it with third parties. You can read our full Privacy Policy for details.
